FR-S MT Complete Engine/Motor with 20K (Possible Bent Rod)

Got a 2013 manual FR-S motor with 20K on it. Bought as a spare but plans have changed. Motor spins about half a turn back and forth then stops. Was told it was damaged/bent rod.
