I live in the northwest so it is driven in the rain most of the time. Good tires make a big difference.

I drove, as my dd, my 13 FRS two winters in a row. My driveway has a pretty severe slope and I had no issues. I had a full set of alloys with general Altimax winters (no studs).

Now that I have great wet tires I love driving this car in the rain.

Just about the only weather I don't drive it in is "Tornado down the street".

Added bonus: the surface rust after a few years of midwest winters makes a convincing case to the wifeu as to why I need to spend a couple grand on upgraded suspension.

That said, I'm looking forward to getting a third car so I have the option to only drive it when the weather is good if I choose.
