Low RPM/Speed Thumping Noise?

So whenever I drive around with the car not warmed up, I hear a rotational thumping/clanking sound that I am unable to pinpoint. It's not the axles, or a bad u-joint. I'm stumped as to what it could be.... Any ideas? The noise goes away once you get going fast enough.

Does the noise go away when you depress the clutch? Have you changed the transmission oil recently?

My clutch started to make metallic rattling noise after I got my transmission oil changed. It only happens when it's cold. When I depress the clutch, the noise stops. When I searched the forum, it's happening to many people after transmission oil change, so I never worried about it.
