What wheels do I have?

Hey guys,

My brother recently bought this FRS and not too much later managed to crack two wheels on it...it came with some aftermarket wheels that have absolutely no markings on the inside or the outside and an all black center cap...My only hint was a receipt for the lugs from America's Tire Company. Unfortunately it was bought from a dealer so we don't have any way to ask the old owner.

Thanks for any help!

They're not Gram Lights. Real Gram Lights have Gram Light and Rays stamped into the face of the wheel; these don't. There are any number of knockoffs of this design though.

well it appears he's asking for identification. as far as I can see they look closest to grams lights' they could be replicas of them.

not trying to debate if it is or not just an opinion of what I see.

The way the spokes are angled at the edges makes them look like Avid.1 AV-20 wheels

The face looks identical as well, being single-drilled:

Shouldn't the question be. If he was able to Crack two wheels and wants to replace them. Then why would he want to replace them with the same thing instead of getting non knockoff wheels so they aren't so easy to "crack".

That was my first guess but his don't have the wording etched around the hub. They look like Avids with the center caps blacked out.

This is hilariously important and true, don't buy the knock offs again if they've already cracked once, get a good set of legitimate aftermarket wheels that won't crack like this.
