So this header was at the sema show, but other than that i have not heard anything about it. Anyone have more info on it? release date?

I wouldn't wait on it. While fujitsubo is top quality, they command a high price also. Look at the exhaust pricing to get an idea. At their price point, you could probably get an ace header that makes good power. Fujitsubo's goal isn't about all out power, but more about fit and finish.

HKS is basically the same EL 4-2-1 design and the price is pretty reasonable, around $650 new right now.

mav1178 .. i'd rather move up primary runners lengths above collector design in significance.

However i know headers make the most gains, but i always stay clear of them because they make the car much louder. My question would be, did Fujitsubo do anything to make the header quiet like they did for the front pipe? Or is it just as loud as the others. Im on the fence on what to do from here. I have the fujitsubo authorize r as you know and my options are either; Fujitsubo dual resonated catless fp, op and Fujitsubo catted header or Fujitsubo catless header and stock fp and op. End goal = 1 cat in setup. Keep noise volume low. Thanks |

I love Fujitsubo but you're better off with a setup that can get you the low-noise setup you are looking for. Plus, if you don't like the pricing in the US and have the ability to buy in Japan, it's available. Plus, that setup has no CEL. This setup at WOT in second gear: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7cyy_4l_-4"]Drive-by: Apex'i exhaust manifold/overpipe/Super Catalyzer + Blitz Nur-Spec F-Ti catback exhaust - YouTube[/ame] -alex |
