Got a reply back from the builders - apparenly the first set are....

"http://www.irs.co.jp/domestic/products/es/ These are Enkei Sport RC-T4 18×8.5J +48 offset, 5x100pcd. But please be aware that these wheels are competition use only and have no DOT approval."

definitely not Enkei RC-T4. these are definitely the Prodrives.
