Yes, its very easy. First put the bolts in for the latch, i put chalk on top of mine. Close the hood so it comes in contact, apply tape on the top of the hood and drill it out. From here decide how you want to orient the latches. I then covered the section in paints tape and traced the inside portion that slides in the hood. From here just just drill it out our use a saw/dremil. Always cut less first, you can always take more out. Once the latch seats in, again make sure the bolt aligns. From here then drill the screw holes, not that the section that fits in the hood that the latch screws into is a pain to get in and keep the nuts in. I had super glued my nuts in to ensure they don't come out. From there just screw in and your done.
