Thankyou for pointing this out. Picture attached for point 2. I don't understand point 1 though, what is flaming?

flaming=whining, complaining, criticizing...

COO86L 05-04-2016 01:58 AM

I don't think they are complaining about price, more so just stating a fact that prices have increased to give a realistic view to people who might have been looking to purchase new. Instead of saying "This is $x new" and you show up and they have a receipt for $y "What the hell is this, you didn't pay as much as you said" etc.

Good luck with sale!!! I can confirm my quoted price from Hollinger was a LOT more than what you paid. I wish, I wish..

Yes hence why this is a real bargain for the right person. Very good saving and no time waiting for it to be made.

They are rated to 650ftlb for 24hrs constant use. So the maintenance really depends on your power and use. But to put it in perspective, I have a friend who runs one in a 1100bhp drag car and he didn't rebuild his for 6 years. It only required two minor parts. Similar story from most other Holinger users, this really is one of the best units available.

Holinger America (http://holingeramerica.com/) can help you with servicing. I'm not in the USA so have no idea what they would charge.

still for sale?

I might be interested in the short/medium term

the gearbox looks massive though; I guess that it needs several modification to be fitted?
