This trailer is in excellent conditioned and only used for 6 trips. It has always been stored under a roof at a local storage. All the seals are in good condition and the roof was treated as part of the preventative maintenance. The slide out was also recently calibrated. And a new compensator was just installed.

Some of the coolest features are an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, pullout countertop, grill, and awning. So, you can keep your beer cold while prepping to cook outside. To make the outdoor experience even more enjoyable, there are outdoor speakers controlled by the high-definition entertainment system with a connection outside for an additional TV.

Inside, there are 3 HDTVs, 2 of the TVs are smart TVs and are located in each bedroom on a swivel mount. The master bedroom has a queen-size mattress and the back bedroom has a couch, and bunk beds that sleep 3.

There is an LED light bar the entire length of the powered awning. I have also replaced all the interior lights with LEDs to keep it cool in the summer and conserve power.

There are so many extras that I have purchased for this trailer that it’s hard to list everything that is included. You will have dishes, linens, surge protector, septic hose, water filters, fresh water hoses, septic flush, and leveling blocks just to name a few. I even have the sway bars and distribution hitch. We had an electronic brake installed in our SUV to control the electronic brakes.
