2013: Factory Pioneer AXCP-Q14U to Subwoofer?

I've seen a lot of mixed information here and on other sites, trying to get a definitive answer.

I have a late 2013 with the AXCP-Q14U factory touchscreen, which doesn't have any RCA outputs. Is there a way for me to connect an amp+sub to my stock system?

I located the stock amplifier for the speakers in the back, but I'm not sure if I would be able to piggyback off that or if I'm going to have to get a new headunit (which I'd like to avoid, because I love the stock one)

Yes there is:

That's pretty much it.

Left speaker input :
Mint green +
Yellow -

Right speaker input:
White +
Light blue -

Remote amp wire
Green

Now you can buy a signal to line converter if you want too or if your amp does not have line-in inputs.

I am trying to setup a subwoofer with this Rockford Fosgate R500X1D amp in my 2013 FRS series 10 (touch screen head unit = AXCP-Q14U, with no RCA connections).

Should I use the high level input on my amp and tap into the speaker level wires?

Or should I use this RCA adapter and tap into the signal wires? (I believe the signal wire colors were listed in the post directly above)
