JDM fog light bezel - anyone besides me?
 

Hi all, new here.

Picked up my BRZ March 9 and have done a bunch of the usual mods - tails as turns, always on, grille, hood dampers, reverse camera, third brake light, pro kit, borla, 5000k fogs and hids, wheels (on order).

I also installed the JDM fog light bezels, something I've never seen on this board. To me, the DRL's made the fog light area too cluttered looking and I like the look with them absent - always on makes the boomerangs my DRL's.

Anyone else installed these, and what do you think?

its a cleaner look but i like my LED DRLs. do the DRLs fit in the JDM Bezel?

Nice! I figured someone else must have done this but couldn't find any pics online other than the ad shots.

DRL's have to go if you want these. The bezels are essentially the same as stock except for the DRL slot missing on the JDM's.

JDM has DRL option too which would be exactly as what you already have lol!

They look fantastic vs OEM, but three cautions:

they are very bright - haven't driven at night yet to test with oncoming traffic but our cars are pretty low so might not be an issue;

the indexes have to be filed off - they do not slot in as they should;

the clasps are fragile and feel like they could break or pop loose easily.
