WTB: Resistor for Aftermarket Seat Airbag Light

Long story short, I have been looking for the 3.3 Ohm 1W Flameproof Resistor that many of the forum posts have stated to purchase to get rid of the air bag light after installing aftermarket seats.

There is only one company online I can seem to find these damn things from, ordered it from them and they have been extremely uncooperative with shipping issues (ended up paying for them only to get the package sent back to them :mad0260:) and shipping to Canada for a 0.16 ounce package is $59 :bs:

Does anyone have any of these resistors kicking around or some other option/way to get the airbag light to turn off that you have used?

Another thing you could do, is run 3 10ohm resistors in parallel, or 3 1ohm resistors in series. Much easier to find than 3.3 ohm ones I'm guessing. Won't be quite 3.3ohms, but I'm going to assume it would be close enough.

Have you checked Mouser Canada or Sayal. We get all our electrical supply through them and they got everything that you may need.

Here is the link to 3.3 Ohm 1W non-flammable Resistor at mouser

I have some kicking around. I bought a pack from my local electronics store and only used one. How many do you need?
