Question about door panels
 

So when I bought my MT FRS after my last one was written off, the interior had a bit of custom things done to it. Mostly on the door panels. I ripped off the blue crap the previous owner covered them in but found plastic underneath (guy must have removed the leather stock panels) which is a piss off but whatever.

So anyway,

Now my question is, does the entire door panel have to be removed in order to put these in? If so I will probably have to go pay for labor to get them put in. I checked youtube but there are no guides to anything when it comes to these parts.

I was also wondering, when I go to check out it says "Include New Factory Part" as an option. Will I need to check this option or not?

Your Google-fu is weak, look up "door speaker replacement." Pretty much the same thing.

You can do it your self with some hand tools. No need to pay some one. Unless you want to/don't have/unsure you'll cause a zombie out break. Type of deal.

I really don't know. I would contact their costumer support to figure out what they mean by that. From the price option $140 that could be the whole new panel. It's best just to call them or send them an email.

Yes, as stated in a previous post you have to remove the entire door panel to install these pieces, but it's very straight forward. You have to take some care not to break the plastic retainers, but you can replace them cheaply from the dealer if you do.

I have the Italian leather JPM Coachworks arm rests and upper door trim and they're very nice pieces, so I can't recommend them enough. One word of caution: the JPM Coachworks stuff can be addictive! I have the Alcantara speaker trim, cluster hood, shift boot, handbrake boot, and will be getting the knee pads soon - they really dress the interior up nicely.
