rebadging question

I was thinking of rebadging my Scion Logo with Toyota emblem.

Are all toyota emblems interchangeable or do they come in different sizes? I'm asking because I'm thinking of just buying one off of ebay.

If you really mean ALL emblems, yes they are different sizes from much smaller to much larger, and some only fractionally different but enough not to cover the alignment holes. Also they don't all have alignment pins on them. If you mean the 86 Toyota emblems I would think they are all the same size but don't know that for sure.

you need to order the ones from Japan made for the Toyota 86

[HEARSAY] Somewhere else in the forum, someone confirmed that the alignment holes don't line up with the badges in the US that are readily available. You'd have to break the alignment pins and hand align them carefully.

What Dadhawk said. The actual 86 badge has alignment pins to center the badge properly onto the body. Of course if you wanted to you could try pulling off one of the badges and trying to match it to another one at a dealer. But you run the risk of it not covering the alignment holes and also not centering correctly.
