Wheel and tires spec please?

Tires say 245/40/17 but what is the wheel offset, these come in both +45 and +35, my budget will hate me if I get these but I'm interested and will actually be driving through PA in about a month... Fill us in on the offset please!

Bought from TireRack ($1900 w/ tires...oof), I believe they only sell the +45

Would these have any clearance problem on a stock suspension in terms of width? What were your opinion of the tires?

Not sure if they would fit with the stock suspension as I never tried. Tires are one iteration old 'best available autocross street tire'. An re71r or rival-s would be better, but they are still quite good.

Someone buy these and trade wheels/tires with me! Lol
