What color? Also pics?

The easiest part is installing it, hardest part is finding the correct one and already painted as it seems like you want, you'll need to get it painted if you do find one most likely and that may be pricey. The only ones I can find on eBay right now are painted but beaten to hell. For referenced the Part number you want is 57702CA15. The lowest price I could find is $226 here:

Worst case scenario to get it painted to your paint code will be around $200-$300, also you'll want to buy extra bumper clips because at least a few are gonna break on you

How bad is "pretty scratched up"? May be easier/cheaper just to fix what you have.

i just replaced my BRZ front bumper. Cost me $760 from a local reputable body shop. They used a genuine Subaru front bumper.

BRZs are not all that common right now, so it's hard to find them in the salvage yards. If you can drive it a while like it is, just keep checking back for it on Car-Part.com until someone wrecks the rear of one the same color as yours.

That sounds fair as the OEM bumper cheapest I could find is:

$226, so $500+ in labor and paint is fair....
