Took my BRZ to the canyons today
 

Havent been to any roads since I moved to LA and had a blast today exploring the canyons up by malibu.
Was trying to take out the bike but battery was dead :(
Took out the BRZ instead since i needed to get a feel for how the roads were anyway and probably much safer than on a bike. Went up Latigo canyon to mulholland snake curve and hung out with the peeps there. Guy in a miata offered to show me puima so I followed him around. Looks like I know what I'll be doing Saturday and Sundays now haha.

As for the car, I'm still hesitant to push it to the max. Getting a feel for it but it's handling these turns so easy. Few times felt the car sliding a bit so toned it down a notch until I learn exactly where the turns are. I could only glance at my navi so much looking for the hairpins.

Really debating now on getting some new wheels and tires.
