Windows 10-64bit techstream help!!!!

Can anyone help me install techstream on a new laptop it's a ASUS running windows 10-64bit???? PLEASE!!!!

I have followed the write ups on the forum and watched youtube vids but evidently I'm doing something wrong.....

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
