Mishimoto miss on quality control
 

Here is the kind of quality i received from Mishimoto when i went to my oil catch can project. I thought nothing of it at first and when it covered the different sizes for the hoses i thought no problem until i went to add the line from the PCV to the can and the line DOES NOT FIT. Either the fitting is suppose to be 2 large fittings or my hose has too big an end on it. Really a let down since i was wanting to go Mishimoto on my oil cooler too but things like this really irritate me. Got an email response first thing this morning and after i replied a couple hours nothing all day so well call tomorrow to see what happens.

So my first impression of the shift knob being 735 grams (1.6lbs) is that its COMPLETELY changed the ride. It is significantly heavier, like way heavier, and it just lets you throw it threw the gears effortlessly. There was not much effort to it before but not it just chunks right threw gears, i love it and am almost scared to put the short shifter in because it may be too much but well find out Wednesday when i have my free time to do the install.

On another note my backup camera is not working anymore, its been fine without issue now today it is dead to the world. I can get it to show on my display that it goes to camera but the display is black so that's another fun venture awaiting i'm sure.

Installed Grimmspeed hood damper, it's awesome and opens the hood even further!

Kraftwerks C38 Supercharger Finally Installed!
 

Well its finally installed and tuned!! This car has finally woken up and it is a BLAST!!

Some images i took with my phone for the Dyno and under the hood.

Had my Kraftwerks SC belt break on me and now scratching my head on how or where i am going to get my belt swapped at. Have 2 belts just no place to replace it at. Looking at this kit has made me seriously reconsider recommending it since replacing the belt is more of a pain that i had ever imagined. Certainly not as simple as slipping it on and re tightening.

Comment #3533 has some good insight and an image as to what to do but im highly disappointed in Kraftwerks for not having maintenance instructions considering so many people have the kit now. I have been given the install instructions for the entire kit again but nothing on just doing the belt portion yet.
