Ads take up the whole screen...annoying
 

I know the forums needs money but these new ads are super annoying. Look on my iphone 6

Im on i5 and galaxy s tab. None of that. Using Chrome.

iPhone 6S Plus here & no issue using it on Safari

OP you sure you didn't catch some malware that is pushing popup ads onto your device? (That'd be my first guess)

On both Google Chrome on desktop and Google Chrome on a OnePlus 2, it looks normal.

Not sure what the heck could be causing that.

There is a way to block it on mobile chrome, I just found the settings, although im on a Note 5 so idk what the safari settings would be.

I may be a little late to the situation here, but what you're seeing is probably not an intended result of the page. What's happening is that sometimes images get swapped around, resulting in the screens just like yours.

It happens to me more frequently than expected at least on my iPhone's Safari, and sometimes on Firefox. Stretched smilies appear as avatars, and sometimes there's a bunch of Ned Flanders on the main forum page.

Here's an example: Something was swapped with Fisty's avatar when I'm trying to reply to someone. Even the drop down menu buttons are replaced with tiny versions of Go's Avatar.
