Portland Driving Roads

Does anyone have recommendations for great driving roads in or around Portland? I used to enjoy Skyline, but these days it has too many cyclists on it.

all the great driving roads now have too much traffic on them. i was able to get on the rowena loops two weeks back with nobody else on them, but that's like an hour drive from portland.

Head west into the tillamook forest and take your pick of roads, 30 minutes outside of the city is too far for those two wheeled hippies.
