This is the actual airbag, the part your referring to is the airbag detonator, or airbag gas generator. That part is not compatible with USDM vehicles. This part retails for $850 new.

I'm fully aware of that,I simply swap over my dual stage airbag, I have looked on ebay and have sellers in the UK leave the single stage one in there.
