?? about the 2017 changes.

I'm sure that some of these may not be known yet, but maybe a few are.

What are the changes that allow for the +5HP/TQ?
Has the weight changed any?
Has Gearing changed any?
What are the chassis updates mentioned?

Thanks.

dont be lazy and use google. Mainly due to reduced engine cylinder friction and an ECU update. Source: Google

Turbocharger was added to increase power and torque. The weight went up because of said turbo. Still waiting on the confirmation of whether it is awd or not.

This didnt need a new thread. It easly could have been posted in the 2017 thread as it is all relevant

@UAmach1, there is a >1,300-post long thread on 2017 changes, why don't you read it first, and if not satisfied with what you found, ask THERE?

Nobody knows anything beyond the press release.

Car is parked two streets away. City was blocking my driveway yesterday. Cleaning streets or something.

No , I think we need all 5 of these speculation posts about the new 86 right at the top and they should be separate as they are.
No reason to combine them into one even though they all serve no purpose.
We need to spread this out even and eventually fill the whole front page of the general forum with only these kind of posts.
We already have the one with pictures comparing them on looks so everybody knows which one looks better by a vote.
Maybe next one can be made for which color will look best on the new facelift?

I second that.

I've been wanting to chime in on the new facelift, but my narcissistic self was worried that my insightful comments would only get lost in the shuffle, reducing the odds of anyone reading or contributing thanks to my post. I think we need a separate subforum for our opinions on the new refresh, much like our build threads, that way we can bump them continuously every time we add a new thought.
