FiveAxis Wing - need 3M Adhesive promoter?

Has anyone installed using just the tape and not adhesive promoter?

I think it comes with the double sided tape already on the wing for a quick install, if I'm not mistaken. I'll ask my buddy at five axis if he doesn't see this first

only needs the supplied 3m tape. it's strong and you cant even pull it out

Mine was installed by the dealer on Saturday and I just noticed it's starting to come off.

Maybe they didn't prep it right? When I was worked at the dealer I installed a spoiler to a 3 series I think it was. All it had was the adhesive tape as well. But you had to make sure the installation area was absolutely clean to get it to adhere properly. Either way, I'd take that back and have them fix it.

I would def use adhesion promoter and clean it really good before you put it on

clean the area really well and then use a 15% isopropyl alcohol to water mixture to remove any excess oils, wax, residue to ensure the tape sticks well. That 3M tape is good stuff. I would make the dealership supply you with new tape if it were mine..
