What's your target audience? Are you trying to be serious, funny, etc? Don't just talk, it causes you to repeat yourselves and talk in circles. Have little better idea and don't be afraid to do retakes. Either talk into the camera or highlight parts and insert a voiceover. Talking while turned away is bad. Documenting the car scene in Canada could be cool but focusing on your builds with no idea of your build direction won't do much for people and limits your audiance either way.

And buy a tripod. It was shaky just watching the pull away clip at the start of the clip

Honestly, I didn't know who the owner was at first. It's your car, you should do a majority of the talking man. Also a little more planning would help so that you're not bouncing around. For example, have the hood popped before you do the walk around. Don't be afraid to make mistakes or have to reshoot something. I think you're off to a decent start. My $0.02

Be unique. Add comedy. Spend about $1,500 in advertising your channel. That used to reach like 30k people back in the day....like 5yrs ago?

Do giveaways. Amazon is cool with that. You can do home made new car starter packs and every 500 new subs, give out one. Hit the gaming community. Give out a Steam new game every month. Go follow in person famous car scene areas and people. Film it and post it. Click bait with pictures or name of videos.

...yeah... back in college we had like 15,000 subs in 3years on a horrid politics channel. We wanted to pursue entertainment, but Youtube came hard on use due to music company complaints and my friends (partners) decided to just let it go. Channel was like polikofman07 or something like that.

p.s. Sky made me sub. I don't promise ill watch your vids but ill sub lol

Other thing, dont advertise and spend money in the channel until you have 20-30 videos. People bore easily. Keep em high quality and you'll be good.
