Rant about bumper damage

Hi everyone, I just want to rant about the fact that someone hit my front bumper yesterday in a parking lot and I'm so pissed that I have no way of finding out who did it. No witnesses (yet) or cameras. My car is only two weeks old :(

It's nothing major, I can buff out most of it but there's still a few deep grooves that can't be buffed out. I'll post pics soon.

These cars can be kept perfectly safe with just one simple precaution!

Makes it sort of a waste to have the car though.
Ya it sucks but shit happens. It is just a car.

front bumper is plastic, expendable. It is bound to have scrapes all over the underside anyways.

Similar situation when someone was trying to park behind me and hit my bumper.. i came out so pissed to see that mark..it wasn't that bad i also had touch up paint

Well, itsAlex .......that's a shame....... :(

The first ding is always the most painful ......

If the paint is not chipped, sometimes a good PDR person can coax it back into shape......... :)

I had a friend a few years ago, who bought a new Mercedes. Took it home, went into the garage and came back with a ball peen hammer. Bang! on the rear panel - said "There. First one's out of the way." Problem solved.

Most likely isn't coming out, just gonna buff out the scuff mark myself.

Yea I agree, honestly it could have been worse but it's the first scratch on the car and it stands out :/ I guess eventually I won't care as much.

Whoa... I get why he did that but I still think that's crazy, I'd rather the first scratch on my car to be done by someone else than myself lol
