I think i might scout some classifieds for a second-hand header to save some $. I don't understand why I should pay for a brand new system (from a quality manufacturer) if I can get one used with little use for much less. amiright?

I passed in bucks county with a catless header and aftermarket, although catted, front pipe. No one really cares as far as I can tell. Kinda nice.

It's hilarious, some people believe PA is one of the stricter states when in reality a lot of counties do very basic inspections they focus way way more on safety in this county. I've seen so many fully catless M3s, mustangs, wrx's etc and cops don't care and people barely notice the smell too

Many people don't realize that over half of California's counties don't even test for emissions. Many states implement smog testing by county based on actual air pollution.
