No issues then! You can get a Gruppe-S uel, overpipe, oil pan heatshield and gaskets for $610 and it's around $400 to get a used oft to get a nice stage 2 tune , put the stock front pipe back on and you won't regret it, however I warn you keeping the tsudo on will make it quite loud, the drone will probably be intense with any uel or EL header and that exhaust regardless of front pipe.

I think i might scout some classifieds for a second-hand header to save some $. I don't understand why I should pay for a brand new system (from a quality manufacturer) if I can get one used with little use for much less. amiright?

i'm used to loud-ass cars and my BRZ has been by far the quietest. I ain't scared! haha, jk. Drone sucks

I noticed it says Southeastern PA in your location, would you happen to be near bucks county or philadelphia? If so the setup I have passed emissions at a local toyota dealership.

I passed in bucks county with a catless header and aftermarket, although catted, front pipe. No one really cares as far as I can tell. Kinda nice.

Another bucks resident!?! that 215 area code

If I may ask where did you get yours done at? Dealership is going to get expensive soon, Did you have a tune as well?

It's hilarious, some people believe PA is one of the stricter states when in reality a lot of counties do very basic inspections they focus way way more on safety in this county. I've seen so many fully catless M3s, mustangs, wrx's etc and cops don't care and people barely notice the smell too

Many people don't realize that over half of California's counties don't even test for emissions. Many states implement smog testing by county based on actual air pollution.
