I didnt click your links but they did just announce/revel the new toyota 86. I 100% agree with you on it being ugly. I feel bad for those who waited to get it instead of buying a FRS sooner.

god damn... I just want to see interior shots.. I like the 86 badge on the side fender and that's probably about it. The headlights and taillights look like they just bought spyder Head/tail lights and slapped them on there

all and all would rate 6/10 (on looks) but haven't seen interior shots

I actually like the new front end. It looks more like a BRZ :D
