DIY Garage Rental in Tri-State Area

Hi Guys,

Just got a BRZ a few month ago. Since it's the first car that it's literally mine.
I am thinking about doing most of maintenance by myself

But although my apartment did have indoor parking lot, but it's not an attached garage. So it's not really someplace I can do my work. Basically all my friends lives in similar luxury apartments, which has a parking building, but no garage attached.

So anyone knows any DIY Garage available near North NJ?

Or someone here is kind enough to rent me your garage(even driveway) for a few hours every several weeks?

Look into navy bases nearby, I know where I'm stationed the navy base have an "auto & hobby shop" and they usually have bays and lifts for about $3-5/hour to use.

But wait, isn't that require to be a navy?

Just FYI it is probably in your contract you can not work on your vehicle in the parking garage where you live. (I know that's not what you asked, just sayin)
