BC Coils
 

So guys, I had been having problems with my front two struts. They are the BC racing BR type. So they had been making a knocking noise for awhile and I tried to troubleshoot to see if maybe just maybe I did something wrong when installed but I now know what the problem is...... The stem is moving up and down making the knocking noise. I had seen this problem on a youtube post.


Problem is... They have a year warranty on these coils and I literally just passed the mark of when I ordered them a year ago about 4 or 5 days ago.
Do you guys think that BC will be willing to help me out and help me fix this problem? Or do you guys think I'm shoot out of luck?

Anybody ever dealer with warranty through them?

I emailed them but they sent me a troubleshooting guide and then I emailed them again saying I knew what the problem was and about how I just needed to know if they were going to help me or not.. but i just got a email saying that they have a high volume of emails to reply to and to give them a 24 hour period...

but this isn't helping my time dilemma.

Guess I just have to wait and see. Just wanted to see if anyone else has any input.
