Ca-Fi Dashlinq 4 issues
 

I've had my radio for over a year now and i did not start having issues until January. I have tried to reach out to Customer Service but no reply. So long story short mid January my radio would not turn on until I hard reset it. Then it powered but it no longer lets me use my SD card. I was using Sygic off the google play store. Worked fine from Marc 2015 til January 2016 but now when i try to open it it states SD card missing. I have unmounted and remounted the SD card. Tried a Different SD card. But for some reason the radio will not let apps including google play store see the SD card. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Sygic app. still says no SD card. I tried factory reset still no SD card. I tried going to Ca-Fi's website and getting downloads but none show up when I'm logged it. It also states i have no order History. Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

I have had a number of issues with mine but I expected that as its a made in China cheap headunit haha. I always found a factory reset fixed my issues but I have never used the SD card slot. Maybe someone has had this happen and can help you out.
