Does this cause the tail lights to turn on too, or just the headlights?
Says no brightness adjustment, so does it make the boomerangs stay lit at full brightness?

Nope, does not affect the tail lights at all.

The brightness adjustment was for the DRL strips right above the foglights - so with these, those DRLs are at full brightness even when the headlights are on; as opposed to being able to dim them a little bit when the headlights turn on.
