When will we see the facelift revealed?
Not much news out since the announcement of Scion closing shop. Any chance we see the facelift soon? New York auto show maybe?

WTF

Sure there is a chance. Then again there also is a chance we won't.

My face is hurting almost as much as my palm lately. Honestly I think MY 17 when they are branded as Toyota will be the perfect year for them to come out with the new body style but thats just my speculation.

patience....young padawan.

I've also been thinking the same thing. If they don't change anything for 2017...than man sales will go down even more. 2016 already hasn't been a great year for sales as it is.

I feel MY 2017 will be the last for the twins. They might release something similar to the FRS as a Toyota but be priced starting around $28k and have a convertible option. They for sure will not release this exact same car as a Toyota, that would be a brand positioning nightmare.

This is finally a good topic to talk about:) we've been getting the "OMGZ WHY SCION NO MOAR" threads.
I'm with @go_a_way1 on this one and believe that the MY17's branded as Toyotas will be the best opportunity to finally put the new facelift in affect. Unfortunately we haven't seen much news beside the "leaked" photos so I'm afraid that it might not actually happen for MY17 as in roughly 6 months scion will be closing it's doors and maybe around October they would be releasing the Toyotas. Nothing officially has come out from Toyota so it might not actually happen and might actually have the projected facelift canceled? |

The JDM 86 isn't on the Toyota Japan site, Usually they show the next MY in mid February. Maybe in March we will see it.
