When the company I work for still did self assessments, only our managers saw them. My manager is just as loony as I am, so I could have fun with it. For half a decade my Professionalism self assessment was "I am one suave bastard." Always got a 4 out of 5.

Similar to the census we just did in OZ;

Well, if you don't have a standard 102 key keyboard you probably have the digits 0-9 on some of the keys to the right, and a function key to activate.
