The only thing that would make me nervous is all this new fangled tuning crap. :(

Yeah tuning is going to be done by HRI, not me :p

I'm on the fence between keeping OFT and having shiv tune it or going Ecutek. If i do Ecutek it will definitely be HRI as well. The fact that sportsguy's stock block is still together with the power he is pushing is proof enough for me that james knows what he is doing

There really isn't any reason to switch. They do the same job with the same results

ECUTEK has many more features that are beneficial to FI such as map switching on the fly and the ability to control a electronic boost controller.

Oops, I forgot to check if OFT can support an electronic boost control solenoid. I'm definitely planning on running one. That probably makes my decision for me, the map switching would be a nice plus although once the turbo is in I will probably just go back to 93 pump gas permanently for convenience sake

My plan is to run 12.5 PSI on 94 full time. I so wish I had E85 out here :( although I guess it is saving me lots of money lol

Saving you an engine build. If your turbo will make 320 on pump gas you'd ready push 400 with e85

Yeah till I want to start running 20PSI lol. However the SBD kit will be basically maxed out with what I am doing so I would have to replace that too.

Just run e85, then no need to turn it up
