Not flush panels
Anyone know if Toyota will fix this?
My passenger side door is not flush with the front fender. |
Nope, they won't fix it as it isn't really a warranty issue. Pics would help show the problem. You could try adjusting it yourself or take it to a body shop.

I have a creaking rear deck, even with a TSB, Toyota deems it "Not Abnormal noise" so they won't fix it. On the other hand, my Camry had a creaking Radio over rough roads, Toyota replaced the radio and added felt. This car is just treated differently. |

Was it always like that? Or has it happened for no reason? The only reason I have seen panels on a car misaligned was some sort of collision. E.g., on a car that went through some bushes, no big damage you would see after hitting a solid object, but one fender was slightly bent and slightly misaligned with another panel. |
Yep, like mentioned, pictures would allow us to compare it to our cars to see if it is "normal".

My tsb thread has a link that shows how to fix this. I had this problem too and only took a minute to fix it. p.s. I can't post the link to the specific post with my cell phone. But that link is in above tsb thread. |
