Not flush panels
 

Anyone know if Toyota will fix this?

My passenger side door is not flush with the front fender.

Nope, they won't fix it as it isn't really a warranty issue. Pics would help show the problem. You could try adjusting it yourself or take it to a body shop.

No. Toyota will only fix things that are truly broken or things that your FRS does that other FRS do not. Toyota is leaning differently with this car when it comes to warranty work, probably because it's made in a Subaru factory.

I have a creaking rear deck, even with a TSB, Toyota deems it "Not Abnormal noise" so they won't fix it.

On the other hand, my Camry had a creaking Radio over rough roads, Toyota replaced the radio and added felt.

This car is just treated differently.

Was it always like that? Or has it happened for no reason? The only reason I have seen panels on a car misaligned was some sort of collision. E.g., on a car that went through some bushes, no big damage you would see after hitting a solid object, but one fender was slightly bent and slightly misaligned with another panel.

Yep, like mentioned, pictures would allow us to compare it to our cars to see if it is "normal".

My tsb thread has a link that shows how to fix this. I had this problem too and only took a minute to fix it.

When the bulletin for this issue was released, I made sure my cars panels were flush. Some years later, it was not flush. I didn't get into any accident or hit anything, but it just happened.

This was a fairly common issue with some of the early to mid 13s. They fixed it up after that. Like Sigh says all the guys that had to fix it stated it was very easy and only took a couple of minutes.
