Sheppard AFB/Wichita Falls 86's?
 

I've been here for like 4 days now, and I've already seen several 86's on base. I've been trying to search the forums and Facebook for a local group, but no luck. I feel like there's more than enough cars here to justify a group, so maybe I'm just not using the right key words? Where y'at?

Ive got a '13 BRZ but, I'm currently in Korea. Will be back this summer, and if things go as planned be redoing the exhaust and possibly going with a blower. Haven't seen that many 86's in WF.

I see at least 2 a day here. Mostly the same few over and over, but occasionally a new one. I'll be gone in late April though. I'm considering leaving notes on them. I've seen at least 2 lightly modded one, so at least those two guys should be interested in doing something, if think.

I just created a Facebook group called Wichita Falls 86 in hopes that non-forum members will find that.

I was at Sheppard AFB for about five months in 2008. What are you doing there?

I recently found out where a really good road is. It's kind of a drive to get there, but worth it.

I'll probably be out near Forth Worth this Sunday to photograph an autocross event, but I have nothing planned for Saturday.

I forgot. You'll have to meet up with the locals here. They usually meet every Thursday night at Best Buy. I can't tonight, because I'll be busy. And I'll be at the Mega Meet in Orlando all weekend. I'm leaving on Wednesday. So you'll either have to join the Facebook group to talk to them, or wait until either Monday or Tuesday next week and we could go.

I'm not sure if anyone's going to be out there tonight. There are only two 86's in the group, and one is definitely not going to be there. Haven't been able to get in touch with the other guy yet. The non-86's will almost certainly be there though. Not sure if you'd still be interested in that or not, but they're a nice bunch of guys. Some of them are kind of tough looking, but they're really friendly lol.
