Diode Dynamics: Top notch customer service!
 

I must say I am left feeling extremely impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Diode Dynamics today.

Steve went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with a recent issue I was having with some lights going out on me that I purchased back in July.

Turns out they no longer sell the model of angel eyes I purchased and only carry an upgraded version of the lights I required.

Steve went ahead and upgraded me with everything I needed and covered the cost of the upgrade and shipping as well!:w00t:

Diode Dynamics truly cares for it's customers and they have really made a loyal customer out of me.:bow:

I also want to thank Justin for sticking with me as we worked through a problem with my HID ballast. Everything is working well.

I would also like to vouge for diode dynamics.. everything ordered from there has been top notch, shipping was fast, and customer service was great.
