ITR Expo 2016 - VIR October 19-20th - HPDE
 

So I've been involved (attending and/or organizing) this event since 2002. This year we are returning to VIR for the first time since 2008 and I'd love to see some FRS/BRZ's there! I probably won't the new RS once I have it as it is the Integra Type-R expo so I will likely bring the infamous graffiti Type-R instead.. but you never know

Great group of people go every year so even if you arrive knowing nobody, you will leave knowing a lot of track enthusiasts and some new friends for sure. We have guys that travel from every corner of the US for the event (and sometimes from overseas) so you can probably find a caravan from whereever you live to Virginia even.

Event is a 2 day HPDE, instructors provided. We do have *strict* safety rules (probably the most strict you will find anywhere so don't bother bringing a car that doesn't meet the rules). Novice/Intermediate and Advanced run groups. Figure 2.5-3 hours of track time. Banquet included for all drivers and registered guests with raffle prizes from companies like Eibach, King Motorsports, etc (exact companies aren't determined yet as we recruit every year).

Quick note: I don't consider this to be advertising (it sort of is - although we run at no-profit and often at a slight loss on purpose) but if enough people to feel that way let me know and I will delete the thread. Just figured I'd share a good event with people here. I literally don't make a buck off this and am still -$500 or so from just last year alone (not including my travel/gas/etc that's just from of cash I put in to get things for the event add another 1,000+ for travel etc but I never expect to make a dime from this so no biggie).

@FT-86 SpeedFactory has made it to one of our events before. Maybe other sponsors will also one day? :)

Hmmm we might make this one again. VIR wasn't on our list yet and is one of our favorites. :)

This is a great event for anyone interested. While there is lots of Integras there are tons of other cars and everyone is always friendly.
