Will the STI motor fit in the FRS and/or will the FRS tranny bolt up to it?

not for the 04-07 motor/tranny. Those drop in. Its 2008+ that need new mounts

Must have had a brain fart. Thanks for the correction. I went with an 2010 motor and that might be why.

eh, maybe. I know in 2010 they tried some stuff with inverted boxer engines trying to fix the ringland issues, so its possible you got an einstein engine with proper mounts. I think they called it a 2010.5
