ING's Spy Shot!
We handed a undercover droid cell phone over to one of our spy's this week. This is what we got back!

Enjoy!

Hm... Not hating the kit... but not liking em either. Wish for lil bit more/less craziness

RRnold 06-28-2012 09:40 PM

Mmm, not feeling it!

I'm not crazy about the skirts. I dig the front bumper, for the most part. The side air dams (I assume they lead to the brakes) can possibly shrink a little, or at least be more of a channel rather than an opening. 7.5/10 from me.

The Star of Fast Five II is ready........

Front looks too much like a rx8, wish they had just tweaked and crazied out the stock style bumper

How functional are those vertical slits on the side skirt? It would help channel enough air to cool the tires but that's about it? :bellyroll:

You know how the Italians do it!

Aerodynamic Bodywork
Carefully designed not only for aerodynamic efficiency but also to hug the sleek lines of the chassis, the 1098 enables the rider to blend effortlessly into the race-oriented riding position. Great care has been taken in the design of the air supply ducts so to ensure efficient air-flow through radiator and oil coolers as well as provide ample air delivery to the airbox feeding the powerful new Testastretta EVOluzione engine.

Moulded in lightweight Terblend, the bodywork’s form becomes a considerable contributing factor to the overall performance of the machine by helping reduce weight even further while allowing the rider to effortlessly ‘tuck in’ from the wind stream and turbulence to achieve maximum straight-line track speed.

Skirts are a little on the large side, but not to shabby. I give it a 7/10.

Reminds me of a z33 or z34 with a kit.

Mazdaspeed 06-28-2012 10:12 PM

Egh, it just doesn't mesh very well with the natural lines of the car. No me gusta.

ozne99 06-28-2012 10:40 PM

I like it. It looks 1000 times better than the twin charged on on the front page of the site.

I want my 5 seconds back.
