Definitely. The valves can hit each other or the piston. It also uses a timing chain so you would have to put something together wrong for it to happen. Maybe you could get the valves to hit with avcs but I kind of doubt it with stock parts.

I doubt there are any 12.5 CR 4 valve head engines that are NOT interference.....
