Cylinder Head Assemblies causing P000A & P000C?

I have a manual '15 FR-S with 18,xxxmi. and have had the camshaft sensor codes P000A & P000C thrown about 6-7 times since I've bought it new. These codes put the car in limp mode with the Slip Light and CEL, it also idles very rough and can stall in neutral. Now, I've taken it to one dealer(a couple months ago) and they had it for the weekend and they reversed the OCVs, long story short, that didn't fix it. 2/8/16, I brought it to the dealer (out of town) that I bought it from and they pulled the P000C code. They tell me that Toyota instructed them to have both cylinder head assemblies and gaskets replaced. Has anyone else had this issue with these codes or repair?

UPDATE:
2/9 - I took the car home yesterday and they will contact me when the parts come in. This morning the limp mode and the SL/CEL are back

3/5 - Car has been in the shop for a week now, they have pulled the motor 3 times trying to get the timing right. They said they have ran into some more problems and had to order more parts and are waiting on new oil control valves. They told me they're in contact with technicians from Japan, and that if they can't fix it they'll have them come from Japan to fix my car? At this point they have dumped over $4000 into fixing my motor, I honestly think that they should've just put a new motor in.
