Tanabe Gauges worth it?

Getting ptunings turbo kit in March wanted to see what's the best gauges I could get that look good, and are not over priced. ATP gauge pod.

Performance per dollar, Autometer gauges have never let me down.

Defi's are definitely not over priced for the quality. The best way to go about is find someone here on the forum that lives in Japan or if you know someone in Japan like I do, send them the money, they buy and ship. With the yen rate I got water temp, oil temp and oil pressure for $550. That's including the controller as well. I have the Advance II BF Series

although the Defi gauges are nice, the Tanabe ones have caught my eye.

You're looking at the Revel VLS ones, right?

Just keep in mind the VLS don't dim... they aren't a distraction by any means though.

Ive got Tanabe Revel oil temp/pressure gauges in a dual block8head pod and LOVE them. The outer blue leds dim but the center OLED does not. Its not distracting to me.
