Can anyone identify this front lip?
 
I found this lip and it seems to be a CS style lip like Seibon makes. However, I can't find this anywhere.

That is @Fancy

He has the Stivo front lip, beware its made of fiberglass....

Yep that's me. It's fiberglass but I haven't had any issues with it and I scrape pretty frequently

@Fancy you're lucky, I bought the Stivo lip based on how it looked on your car and had it on for 1 day, then hit a big dip on a bridge on the highway and the bottom of it shattered...
