For Sale: Exotic Air Cup Suspension
Going a different route. I mostly equipped my car with this because I had a poorly designed driveway to my home. The curb to my garage is a big hump. You can see in one of the pictures I'm only clearing that hump by an inch or so fully aired up with the 2 inch lift the cups can allow. I needed a better way to get up the driveway without destroying my lip and bumper. I didn't feel like going all bags so I went this route because cups are more price point attractive. And everything's very simple straight forward. If something's wrong or leaking. The troubleshoot process is so much more painless. I know it's either from the trigger switch back. Or forward. Easy to fix. I've now moved to a different home and I no longer need it. I'd like to focus on a different coil set up. And then further the power of the car by building on my turbo set up, possibly flex fuel, or engine build @HAWAIICALIVEGAZ

Oh gotcha... excuse my ignorance... I'm learning about this setup. Is exotic the brand? Where did you get the kit? Or is it something you put together?

Exotic Air is the brand. A good friend of mine started and ran the name for a while. He designed and manufactured everything. I bought the cups off him as he had a pair left over that he never sold or used. He also helped me order everything to get it assembled and helped me install everything for the management system, etc.
[ame]http://youtu.be/0MqElyuc150[/ame] This link shows the same system used on an FR-S build that went to SEMA I believe in 13 or 14. There were a few Lexus VIP vehicles also running Exotic Air @HAWAIICALIVEGAZ |
Oh ok... I've got Tein coilovers right now, is that what your were running too?
