That argument is getting old. Fact is, that's a big reason why the car wasn't a huge hit in the states. |

I don't think we can know for sure how much better it would have worked out. They won have ended up competing for buyers of the 370z, stolen some genesis buyers, and taken more v6 mustant/Camara buyers maybe. I do think they might have had better sales, I just don't know by how much, and if it's as big as many seem to think it would have been. If the car was 5,000 more, I personally could not have afforded it. |
Toyota to scrap Scion brand, but FR-S will become a Toyota!

Production capacity and the fact it is a world car has a lot to do with why it is a 2.0L making 200hp. What would boost sales in the US doesn't necessarily work with the ROW. Sent from Tandy 400 |

It already cost more than what they originally aimed at and it has ballooned up since then. I would argue about what people consider, as there is a wide range of available RWD vehicles with power right now. I know of a few potential buyers that turned away after a test drive. I know I did on my first test drive. |

While it might not be as big a deal as it is here, it has been a "normal" observation the world round noting the cars power. |
Anyone know what will happen to the value of our FRSs?:scared0016:
