APR 250 or 200?

Which wing I should choose?
Right now I have ZELE style wing and it is just have a little functional. I saw APR web say 250 have more downforce and less drag, is that true? Cause 250 is much bigger than 200 Right now my car is UEL OFT stg2 tuning, no supercharger, so is around 180 to 190whp, I think. Reason I want to get a wing is I want to get more speed in riverside which is in buttonwillow race track, not a show car fan...
