Don't mean to bash you or start an argument or anything like that, but personally I am not a fan of the Megan brand. But that being said those are some cheap ass parts for the FRS if anyone is looking for a few small cheap upgrades

Well I kind of covered that in my first post. Just figured id share this for some people who are just getting started on their cars and want to do a few cheap upgrades. I really only went with the megan tracks on my car because at the time parts shop max was out of stock so I went with the track's because i've ran them on an S13 before, Megan/BC/Apexi are all the same Taiwanese crap but their cheap and work good for a normal street car.

Yeah and as long as they haven't let you down I see no reason to run them again haha!

yeap! the motor mounts i really didnt even want or need, they are just stiffer oem mounts from what i under stand. I will just hang onto them for years down the road when the factory ones give out i guess.. Actually didn't really need any of these parts..just so cheap..couldn't not buy....

LOL I don't need any of the many parts I buy, but its an addiction lol!

50 dollars for parts that are typically 250-350.... yeah these maaaay be built below standard

keep in mind that you get what you pay for, to an extent. there is nothing wrong with buying cheap parts, but expecting them to be the same as parts that cost over 2x more is wrong.

I enjoy Whiteline's catalog of bushings, most are below $40 and are great quality.

Since when is Apexi a cheap brand?

Their entry level coilovers are cheap.

But not necessarily the brand on general. And I suppose I could have clarified better... the quality of the brand was my intent not actual dollar price. I haven't had any parts from them, they just seemed like a higher quality brand based on price and how they get talked up in car magazines and shit

It might be worth noting that aftermarket doesn't necessarily denote an upgrade either. If it is to replace a perfectly working OEM part, it is a good idea to research first to make sure the replacement isn't worse than what is being removed.

I meant quality. Although I still love older "jdm" brands. And always have a ton of cusco/greddy/apexi/hks etc parts on my cars. But then there's always the other things like the fact that you can buy the greddy turbo kit off alibaba and resell it like someone does..half my parts on my turbo kit say greddy on them still but appear that the words have been attempted to be ground off.
