Canadian in NZ
 

Heading to NZ for just over a week from 7 Feb to 19 Feb or so. Will be in Blackhead Beach for a few days, the off to Auckland for almost a week. Anyone around in that area? What are some hotspots to visit? Doesn't necessarily have to be car stuff, but would like to do some cool stuff outside of just staying with my dad's friend.

Please let me know if any of you guys are around that area and I'm sure we could work something out.

I'm in Wellngton but heaps of our NZ 86/BRZ club are based in Auckland and a few in Hawkes Bay, near Blackhead Beach.

I'll link your post to our owners club and see if some of the Auckland members offer to meet up with you.

@Cole there's a big meet of 86 owners in Auckland planned on 13th Feb that one of our members has reminded me of.

It's 9am to 4pm on Feb 13 at North Shore Toyota, 2 Link Drive, Wairau Valley, North Shore, Auckland, NZ. The cool thing for you is that there will be a BBQ and North Shore Toyota are the official TRD parts distributors for the whole of New Zealand so you'll see some cool stuff.

Sprintex super chargers will be there too with their Toyota 86 supercharger kit.
